We are hiring for two positions in our freight forwarding and logistics company for senior post (UK based):Uk office timing 12.30 pm to 9 pm & India office timing 10 to 6.30 pm)
- FCL Operations Executive (UK Back office)
- Pricing Executive (Uk and India)
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling day-to-day freight forwarding operations and/or pricing activities, depending on the role.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Roles (FCL):
- Manage end-to-end import and export shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and transporters
- Handle documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of shipments
Pricing Executive:
- Prepare competitive freight quotations (FCL, LCL, air/sea)
- Negotiate rates with carriers and overseas agents
- Maintain pricing sheets and update market rates
- Support sales team with timely quotations
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics/ Shipping
- Knowledge of FCLoperations and/or pricing
- Good understanding of Incoterms and shipping procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Freshers are not allowed
- Candidates must be from Shipping & Freight Forwarding industry.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in UK/India or international trade lanes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
