About the Role
We are looking for warm, service-oriented Customer Service Representatives who bring a genuine hospitality mindset to every customer interaction. If you have experience in hotels, restaurants, airlines, travel, or any guest-facing role and enjoy making people feel taken care of, this role is for you. You'll handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and deliver a consistently positive experience over voice, chat, or email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and courteously
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document interactions and follow up where needed
- Meet defined performance targets (quality, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Adapt to rotational night shifts and maintain reliability and punctuality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, airlines, travel, front desk, or guest relations) strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM/ticketing tools
- Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational basis
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company norms)
