Interior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Architect to lead innovative interior design projects and mentor team members in delivering outstanding spaces and visual concepts.
Position Overview
As a Senior Interior Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and delivering high-end interior architectural designs across residential, commercial, hospitality, and experiential projects. You will collaborate closely with design teams, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure creative excellence, technical accuracy, and timely execution.
You will also play a key role in guiding junior designers, maintaining design standards, and contributing to the overall creative vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior architectural concepts, space planning solutions, and detailed design presentations aligned with project goals and client expectations.
- Create high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for interior projects.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, vendors, and clients throughout the design and execution process.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, material specifications, and technical documentation.
- Produce realistic visualizations and walkthroughs using industry-standard rendering tools.
- Ensure designs comply with functional, aesthetic, technical, and budgetary requirements.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and technical guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, technologies, and design practices in interior architecture.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- Enscape
- D5 Render
- 3ds Max
- Strong knowledge of:
- Space planning
- Interior detailing
- Material selection
- Lighting design
- Furniture layouts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, V-Ray, or Lumion is a plus.
- Creative Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial aesthetics, color theory, and visual storytelling.Professional Skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
