About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management. The candidate will work closely with clients, functional teams, and development teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
· Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
· Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and client discussions.
· Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
· Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
· Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met.
· Track project requirements, change requests, and issue resolutions.
· Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
· Prepare project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes.
· Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and client expectations.
Required Skills:
· Strong experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
· Experience in BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Documentation.
· Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in ERP/CRM implementations.
· Knowledge of business process modelling tools.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
