Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, visa services, inquiries, and support requests while ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience of 5 Years.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Provide information about travel packages, flights, hotels, and visa services.
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of travel and visa services (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
