What would you do? The Campaign Specialist is responsible for executing and managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality adherence, and performance optimization. The role works closely with brand, analytics, CRM, and technology teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences across channels.
What are we looking for? Education - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, or related field Relevant years of experience in Campaign Management / Marketing Operations - Experience in end-to-end campaign lifecycle - Exposure to multi-channel marketing
Roles and Responsibilities: • Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, Web, CRM) - Build audience segments, workflows, and deploy campaigns - Conduct QA, UAT, and ensure error-free execution - Manage campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting - Analyze campaign performance and optimize using insights - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders - Identify automation and process improvement opportunities •Required Skills - Experience with CRM/campaign tools (Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Marketo, Braze, Eloqua) - Knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS (preferred) - Understanding of data structures and campaign workflows - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work in SLA-driven environments
