Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Executive to oversee housekeeping and facility management operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hospitality industry and hands-on experience in managing housekeeping teams, client relationships, and day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of housekeeping and facility management services at assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, supervisors, and site teams.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment, attendance, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of site staff.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Prepare operational reports, attendance records, and performance updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and productivity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in facility management operations.
- Strong housekeeping operations experience is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments) is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and large teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
Pay: ₹29,870.46 - ₹33,040.66 per month
