Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install and manage Windows OS, Tally,MS Office, antivirus, and other business applications.
- Configure email accounts, user systems, and network access.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement of IT equipment.
- Ensure timely software updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Support ERP/CRM systems and basic server/network administration as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
