We are looking for a responsible and reliable person to help manage the daily operations of our retail store. The role includes coordinating with staff, assisting customers when required, monitoring different departments, and ensuring that store activities run smoothly.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and leadership skills, be organized, and be able to handle multiple tasks. Expertise in a specific field is not required, but the candidate should be willing to learn and have a basic understanding of overall store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate store staff
- Assist in handling customer queries and concerns
- Monitor daily store operations across all departments
- Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
- Follow up on tasks and maintain discipline in the store
- Support the owner in day-to-day business activities
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Responsible, proactive, and trustworthy
- Ability to manage people and solve day-to-day issues
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
