Role: Assistant Clinic Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and store
Analyze sales trends based on footfall and customer behavior
Ensure high standards of clinic presentation and merchandising
Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
Handle cash management and daily reconciliations
Implement and monitor SOPs across clinic operations
Deliver excellent customer experience while driving sales and KPIs
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Good customer engagement and communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality service and achieving targets
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Assistant Store Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
