Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated AMC Sales Executive for the HVAC segment to generate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate AMC sales for HVAC equipment including VRF, Chillers, Ductables, Package Units, Split ACs, etc.
- Conduct client visits and identify AMC/service opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, renewals, and pending proposals.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely support.
- Maintain records of client interactions, renewals, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience in HVAC sales/service coordination preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and AMC processes.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams efficiently.
- Field sales and client handling experience will be an added advantage.
