ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (R&R)
1. Inventory Management
- Maintain stock of Tool Room tools, spares, inserts, cutters, holders, measuring instruments, and consumables.
- Maintain raw materials, components, and consumables used in Car Roof Bar production.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
- Prevent stock shortage and excess stock.
2. Tally Prime 9 Operations
- Enter all material inward and outward entries in Tally Prime 9.
- Maintain accurate stock ledger in the system.
- Generate stock reports, consumption reports, and closing stock details.
- Ensure physical stock matches Tally records.
3. Material Issue & Control
- Issue materials to Tool Room and Production only against authorized requisition.
- Maintain issue/return records for tools and production materials.
- Track tool usage and tool life (where applicable).
- Control high-value and critical items.
4. Receiving & Inspection
- Check incoming materials as per Purchase Order.
- Verify quantity, specification, and condition.
- Inform purchase department in case of shortages or damages.
5. Production Support (Car Roof Bar)
- Ensure continuous availability of materials required for Car Roof Bar manufacturing.
- Coordinate with production supervisors for daily material planning.
- Avoid production stoppage due to material non-availability.
6. Tool Room Support
- Maintain proper storage of mould tools, spares, and precision items.
- Issue tools based on job requirements.
- Maintain tool history and damage records.
7. Documentation & Records
- Maintain GRN, issue slips, return notes, and stock registers.
- Keep proper documentation for audits (IATF / ISO).
- Prepare monthly stock statements.
8. Store Maintenance & 5S
- Maintain store as per 5S standards.
- Proper labeling, bin system, and identification of materials.
- Keep store clean, organized, and audit-ready.
9. Safety & Loss Prevention
- Ensure safe stacking and storage of materials.
- Prevent loss, theft, or misuse of company property.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Tool Room & Production materials
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime 9
- Inventory and stock control skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good coordination and record-keeping ability
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Stock accuracy in Tally vs Physical stock
- No production stoppage due to material shortage
- Proper 5S audit score
- Zero/minimum stock variance
- Timely system entry of transactions
Pay: ₹10,076.09 - ₹32,506.53 per month
