Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily bakery operations, preparing high-quality bakery products, and ensuring consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the production of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery items.
- Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs in daily operations.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Minimize wastage and support cost-control measures.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of bakery equipment.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in menu development and production planning.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production and baking techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
