Key Responsibilities
- Operate cutting machines as per production plan and job specifications.
- Set up machine parameters, cutting width, and length according to production requirements.
- Ensure accurate cutting of flexible packaging films, laminates, and printed rolls.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Inspect finished rolls for quality, dimensions, and defects.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain optimum machine efficiency.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Record production data, downtime, and material consumption.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures at all times.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
