Skyline By Ashutosh is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales for residential and investment plots.

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Contact prospective customers and explain project details, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize lead conversion.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in sales or real estate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
