Job Responsibilities:-
- Preparing and generating invoices/bills
- Verifying billing data and purchase orders
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Coordinating with accounts and sales teams
- Following up on pending payments
- Resolving billing discrepancies or customer queries
- Maintaining billing software and reports
- Preparing daily/monthly billing summaries
Required Skills:-
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
- Basic accounting knowledge
- MS Excel and computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software like:
