Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, qualifying leads and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Area Sales Managers to ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- Maintain customer data and update lead status in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹12,076.09 - ₹20,000.53 per month
