About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Content Expert / E-Learning Expert to join our Content & Learning Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating, reviewing, and managing high-quality educational or training content while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging learning solutions.
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in the EdTech, e-learning, instructional design, learning & development, or educational content domain and are passionate about building impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and enhance high-quality educational and e-learning content across various subjects and domains.
- Research, structure, and validate content to ensure factual accuracy, relevance, and instructional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, content writers, editors, project managers, and multimedia teams to create learner-centric content.
- Create content outlines, scripts, assessments, quizzes, assignments, case studies, and learning modules.
- Review and improve existing learning materials for quality, clarity, consistency, and learner engagement.
- Ensure all content aligns with client requirements, curriculum standards, and learning objectives.
- Support content localization and adaptation whenever required.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to content development teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, educational methodologies, AI-enabled learning tools, and digital learning best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Education, English, Management, Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in educational content development, instructional design, e-learning, curriculum development, or content operations.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learner engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and content structuring abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and quality assurance skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with AI-assisted content development tools is a plus.
