- 1. Administrative Management:
- Implement decisions of the Managing Committee.
- Maintain society records, registers, and documentation.
- Organize and conduct committee meetings and General Body Meetings (AGMs/SGMs).
- Prepare meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
2. Maintenance & Facility Management:
- Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of work.
- Monitor repairs and maintenance of Buildings, Lifts, Water supply systems, Electrical systems, Fire-fighting equipment, Common amenities
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
3. Member Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents.
- Resolve complaints and disputes amicably.
- Communicate society notices and updates.
4. Staff Management:
- Maintain attendance and salary records.
- Ensure discipline and proper conduct of employees.
5. Security & Safety Management:
- Monitor security arrangements.
- Verify visitor management systems.
- Ensure emergency response procedures are in place.
6. Utility Management:
- Monitor water distribution.
- Manage DG sets, pumps, STP, WTP, and other utility systems.
- Coordinate utility bill payments.
7. Project & Improvement Works:
- Report progress to the Managing Committee.
