About the Role
We're looking for a Gen AI Designer who lives at the intersection of design and generative AI tooling. You'll build and operate node-based workflows, train custom models, and turn prompts into production-ready visual output. This is a hands-on role for someone who treats AI tools as a craft, not a button.
Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain node-based generative workflows in tools like ComfyUI, Scenario, Higgsfield, Magnific, or any other AI platform or model.

Architect complex multi-node pipelines that are reusable, efficient, and reliable across projects.

Train, fine-tune, and manage custom LoRA models for specific styles, subjects, or brand needs.

Write, test, and iterate on prompts to achieve precise, consistent, and high-quality results.

Develop reproducible processes and documentation so workflows can be handed off and scaled.

Collaborate with designers, art directors, and product teams to translate creative briefs into AI-driven outputs.
-
Stay current with rapidly evolving models, nodes, extensions, and techniques, and evaluate new tools for the team.

Troubleshoot workflow, model, and output-quality issues and optimize for speed and cost.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Proven, hands-on experience with node-based generative tools, especially ComfyUI, plus working knowledge of platforms like Scenario, Higgsfield, and Magnific.

Ability to build custom node workflows from scratch and debug existing ones.
-
Demonstrated experience training LoRA models, with a portfolio or examples of results.

Strong prompting skills across image (and ideally video) generation, with an understanding of how prompt structure, weighting, and negatives affect output.

A solid design eye, composition, color, typography, and visual consistency.

Comfort working with checkpoints, samplers, ControlNet, IPAdapter, upscalers, and related components.

Self-directed, experimental, and able to keep pace with a fast-moving field.
Nice to Have

Experience with video generation and animation workflows.

Familiarity with Python scripting for custom nodes or automation.

Background in traditional design, photography, illustration, or VFX.

Experience deploying workflows via APIs or running models locally on GPUs.

Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Blender.
