Overview:
Propzilla Services Ltd has a full-time opportunity for a Sales, Support & Operations Coordinator that will operate remotely from India accessing our platform, managing clients, professionals, appointments and ensuring smooth operations in the UK.
We are a property services company and an authorised ItzHome franchisee serving Watford, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas in the UK. We connect customers with trusted professionals for a wide range of home and property services including domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, gardening, handyman services, tradespeople, pet sitting, moving home support, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Accessing the platform and managing online enquiries.
- Finding and calling clients, receiving calls and updating the system.
- Finding and calling Professionals, receiving calls and updating the system.
- Converting enquiries into bookings, scheduling and managing bookings.
- Coordinating customer requirements with professionals ensuring services are performed.
- Onboarding Clients and Professionals (cleaners, gardeners, handymen, etc.)
- Management to be done via the Platform, WhatsApp, emails and calls.
- Providing remote customer and professional support.
- Build strong relationships with customers and professionals.
- Verify professionals onboarding documents and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
- Manage daily bookings through our booking platform and CRM.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and internal reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up with generated leads.
- Liaise with management regarding operational improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills (UK standards).
- Confident on telephone calls.
- Professional email writing skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace.
- Able to learn CRM and booking software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience
- Sales, Marketing, Customer Services: 2 Years
- Property services management: 1 Year
Key Skills
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience managing WhatsApp Business.
- Sales or telesales experience.
- Scheduling or operations experience.
- Social media knowledge is an advantage.

- An excellent communicator, well-structured in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to take Client mandate and convert into operational requirement.
