Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings and BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Develop power layouts, lighting layouts, cable routing drawings, earthing layouts, and single-line diagrams.
- Produce coordinated shop drawings and construction drawings based on project requirements.
- Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards as required.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and site engineers for clash-free designs.
- Generate drawing revisions and maintain proper document control.
- Assist in extracting quantities and preparing BOQs from Revit models.
- Prepare as-built drawings based on site updates and project changes.
- Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Draftsmanship, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical drafting and modelling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in preparing electrical shop drawings and coordination drawings for building projects.
Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting and BIM modelling.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality, or healthcare projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
