Job Title: Tech Support Coordinator
Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of advertisement systems across the Chennai region.
* Manage and monitor Mass Rapid Transit System(MRTS) hoardings, Dual Display Infotainment System(DDIS) systems and upcoming advertising installations across Chennai.
* Conduct regular monitoring and identify technical or opertional issues of all assigned stations and ensure smooth functioning of advertisement systems.
* Coordinate with station authorities, technical teams, and other concerned personnel as required.
* Maintain proper records and report system issues, maintenance requirements, and operational updates to the management.
* Ensure timely follow-up and closure of reported issues across all assigned stations.
Requirements
* Bike is mandatory for travelling between stations.
* Basic electrical knowledge is mandatory.
* ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related technical field preferred.
* Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel across Chennai for station visits and operational requirements.
