Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings and services.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards during customer interactions.

- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Work Schedule
- 9-hour rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Weekly off as per roster.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.
- Compensatory off (Comp-off) will be provided for working on holidays/festivals.
