Job Responsibilities:
- Teach pre-primary students using age-appropriate methods and activities
- Develop engaging lesson plans focusing on basic literacy, numeracy, and motor skills
- Use play-based and activity-based learning techniques
- Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and care
- Participate in school activities, events, and meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training (preferred)
- Prior experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Ability to create a joyful and engaging learning environment
