Position: Marketing Executive
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Marketing Executive to expand our client base and build strong relationships with architects, builders, construction companies, developers, and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Meet architects, builders, developers, and construction companies to introduce our services.
- Present the company's portfolio and explain our visualization services.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal design team regarding client requirements.
- Maintain daily reports of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of architecture, construction, or real estate is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience working with architects, builders, construction companies, interior designers, or real estate firms.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for client visits.
