1. Responsible for implementation of multiple payroll or portal projects
2. Responsible for managing assigned team or project deliverables.
3. Follows Pay Asia Project Implementation Methodology & Best Practices
4. Requires interfacing with clients to conduct and analyze Requirements and Processes during Business Process Review Workshops
5. Identify process gaps and solution the design
6. Document business requirements as well as workflows and interface data flows
7. Maintain and update Project Documentations including Business Process Review, Project Status Report, Project Schedules, and Change Requests
8. Configures Pay Asia system according to clients’ requirements
9. Manages and conducts data conversions, data validations and system Testing
10. Conducts parallel runs for 100% accuracy before go-live.
11. Adhere closely to project deliverables and timelines to ensure delivery within schedule and quality
12. Provide presentations or training sessions both via remote web-based presentations or in person
13. Supports client and operations during initial live period(s) and transition to the operations department
14. Supports Director as and when required with ad hoc- reporting and tasks.
1. 1. Experience in multi-country payroll and/or HRIS systems implementation
2. Demonstrated analytical problem solving and solution design skills.
3. Experience in design flow and processing documentation
4. Experience in handling multiple projects of varied technology
5. Ability to learn and implement new and complex ideas and relay those concepts to others and apply appropriately
6. Highly developed computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
7. Ability to work with minimum supervision, and high degree of accuracy and keen eye for detail
8. Ability to multi-task and handle concurrent multiple projects within tight deadlines
9. A team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
