Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cake Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the cake shop. The candidate will manage staff, handle customer service, ensure smooth sales operations, maintain product quality, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cake shop.
- Supervise sales staff, bakers, and support team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure cakes, pastries, and bakery products are displayed attractively and maintained fresh.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, packaging materials, and bakery products.
- Coordinate with the bakery production team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the shop.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Assist in promotional activities, festival offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Train and motivate staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in managing a cake shop, bakery, café, or retail food outlet.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of bakery and confectionery products.
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate shop operations effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
Educational Qualification
- Any graduate or diploma holder preferred.
- Hospitality, bakery, or retail management background is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
