Somatheeram Ayurveda Hospital and Yoga Centre is seeking a professional and guest-oriented Front Office Associate to support front desk operations, guest services, reservations coordination, and check-in/check-out procedures. The position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining efficient front office operations, and ensuring effective coordination with internal departments while upholding the resort's hospitality standards.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of front office, guest relations, or customer service experience, preferably within hospitality, resorts, or wellness centres.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, or healthcare hospitality operations will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in cashiering, POS handling, billing procedures, and financial reporting is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation, billing, or property management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
