Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Floor Supervisor to oversee daily shop floor activities, manage manpower, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing, fabrication, formwork, or construction-related industries and possess strong leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Allocate work to operators and workers as per the production plan.
- Monitor productivity and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework and rejection.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Assist in training new employees and improving workforce performance.
- Identify and report process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Production, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, formwork or construction-related industries.
- Experience in managing shop floor manpower and production activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
