Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing daily production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards. Oversees shift activities, coordinates material flow, manages SAP reporting, and leads the team to achieve efficient production and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with sustainability, GMP, BRC, food safety, and health & safety standards.
- Prepare and present monthly production reports and MIS reports.
- Plan and forecast production slots; create production orders in SAP.
- Coordinate with production planning, stores, and preprocessing for smooth material flow.
- Ensure zero non-conformance and maintain quality standards.
- Supervise shift operations, allocate resources, and manage team performance.
- Implement and monitor pest control data and other SAP entries.
- Verify cleaning activities, CCP monitoring, and equipment readiness.
- Conduct shift meetings, maintain records, and ensure proper handover procedures.
- Train and evaluate team members; promote continuous improvement.
- Inspect in-process checks, cleaning schedules, and product labelling.
- Close completed orders in SAP and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform audits and ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
