Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Tele calling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective and existing clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales/marketing team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain insurance products & services.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales/marketing team.
- Handle inbound client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs, records, and lead databases.
- Follow up with clients for renewals, documentation, and feedback.
- Support marketing campaigns by engaging with target clients.
Requirements
- Graduate with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (insurance/financial services preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and local language.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Pleasant voice, persuasive skills, and client-friendly approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
