Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily radio station operations, scheduling, and broadcast activities.
- Oversee recording, editing, and quality control of programs before airing.
- Produce radio jingles, advertisements, promos, and other audio content.
- Ensure smooth functioning of studio equipment, broadcast systems, and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Lead programming, content development, and station branding initiatives.
- Train and mentor RJs, interns, and production staff on technical and creative aspects.
- Ensure compliance with broadcast standards and operational guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
