Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet potential clients and present company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in IT sales will be an added advantage.
