Job Role
We are looking for a talented and versatile Website Developer & Digital Marketing Executive to design, develop, update, and maintain our company website, while also managing digital marketing activities across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should be able to build and maintain a modern, responsive website, create and maintain the website .This role also includes planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote the company, its products, services, and career opportunities,etc..
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website.
- Create and manage a job/careers section on the website.
- Set up a system to receive and manage job applications from eligible candidates.
- Update website content, features, and pages as and when required.
- Handle regular website maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and post promotional content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Improve website visibility through SEO and online marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, updates, and recruitment requirements.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and aligned with the company brand.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Support overall digital growth of the company through website and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills
- Website design and development experience.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Understanding of SEO and online promotion.
- Ability to create and manage job application forms or career pages, etc...
- Good communication and content coordination skills.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills will be an added advantage.
- Experience and knowledge to perform the tasks as mentioned in the role and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting and social media advertising.
- Experience with lead generation and brand promotion.
- Ability to manage both technical and marketing responsibilities independently.
