Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions that enhance CRM functionality and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Implement security and access controls (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with admins, analysts, and business users to gather requirements
- Support deployment using tools like Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain technical document
Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security architecture
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: ₹424,305.56 - ₹1,675,583.70 per year
