Roles & responsibilities:
· Ensure quality lead generation through various sources by maximizing territory coverage and managing referrals.
· Ensure proper customer handling in Walk-in and hyperlocal leads.
· Ensure walk through process as per Arena/Nexa norms.
· Ensure 100% DPI process in all para meters.
· Ensure transparency in dealing and communicating with customer.
· Have knowledge of various products, schemes & finance as well as of Competition
· Ensure salestrac is opened for all enquiries and information is captured and proper follow-up.
· Probe and understand customer needs.
· Try to attract bulk deals and long-term customers so, as to promote institutional sales.
· Give proper demo and test drive of the car to the customer
· Ensure Home visit of each enquiry within 24 hrs max.
· Exceed Targets for Car sales, MGA/GNA per vehicle, MI, EW, Exchange, Finance & CDI.
· Participate in events and promotional activities to generate enquiries
· Daily enquiry follow-ups and updating in the salestrac as well as in DMS.
· Ensure customer dockets is opened during booking
· Building relationship with banks and financers
· Serve as single point of contact till first service
· Ensure quality delivery process asper Arena/Nexa norms.
· Explain CDI ratings & its importance to the customer at the time of delivery
· Ensure all the documents such as Invoice, Insurance, EW, RTO, special scheme gifts to be handed over to customer within the timeframe
· Should collect all the scheme related documents for ISL/RMK/Exchange Claims before delivery of vehicle
· Ensure zero complaints (Pre and Post) and if any complaints rises is to be resolved within 24 hrs.
· Ensure active participation in whatsapp group.
· Ensure smooth relationship with sales support team.
· Ensure proper filling of customer’s documents in customer booking files.
· Any other work as assigned by the superior or management.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
