We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead high-end residential projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creatively strong, technically sound, and confident in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design projects (concept → execution → handover)
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution
- Deliver luxury-level detailing and finishes
- Assist in material selection, styling, and final staging
Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- Strong command over:
- AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
- Google SketchUp
- Lumion
- Canva
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to produce working drawings and photorealistic renders
- Excellent design sensibility and spatial planning skills
