Job Summary
Supreme Geotech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Head with 10–11 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. The candidate will be responsible for independently managing the Accounts & Finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, banking operations, and timely closure of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance department, including AR, AP, banking, and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Review and monitor books of accounts, ledgers, financial records, and accounting transactions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, ROC, TDS, and applicable labour/salary & wage regulations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Oversee preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports and provide financial insights to management.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, customers, consultants, and internal departments.
- Monitor statutory payments, returns, and compliance deadlines.
- Identify discrepancies, strengthen accounting controls, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Provide timely financial information and support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Accounts & Finance and statutory compliance (GST,TDS, Income Tax, ROC etc).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete Accounts function.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally, ERP Next or similar ERP/accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/CA Inter/ICWA qualification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per hour
