What is expected:
Promoting the company's existing services and introducing any new product/Services from beginning: Identify, develop, and manage key corporate, industrial, and government accounts, Factories, warehouses, commercial Buildings, IT parks etc company’s services.
Build strong relationships with decision makers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, requirement mapping, proposal submission, negotiation, closure, and get Invoice payments.
Conduct site surveys, provide technical presentations, and offer custom solutions.
Work closely with the tendering team/ Management to monitor and participate in government bids and tenders.
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and monthly reporting to management.
Meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features
