We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project schedules, and coordinate with contractors, workers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects according to approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Manage and supervise labor teams and site workers.
- Monitor construction progress and report status to project managers.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage on site.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Inspect completed work and prepare snag lists when required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in building construction, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Work primarily at construction sites.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site activities.
Location: As per project requirements
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
