Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging animations and visual content for digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and video productions. The ideal candidate should have strong animation skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
- Design animated advertisements, social media content, explainer videos, and promotional videos.
- Develop kinetic typography, logo animations, and infographic animations.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Add visual effects, transitions, and motion elements to enhance video content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all animated assets.
- Optimize animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3+ years of experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Knowledge of visual effects (VFX) and compositing.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising.
Experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating animation and motion design work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
