About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive (Fresher) to support our company's IT infrastructure and daily technical operations . This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about technology and looking to build a strong foundation in IT management. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and our team can work without technical interruptions .
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Support & User Assistance
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or a ticketing system .
- Provide first-level support and troubleshoot issues related to hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), software, email, and network connectivity .
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and business applications .
- Assist new employees with workstation setup, account creation, and onboarding procedures .
2. Hardware & Infrastructure Management
- Maintain and manage IT assets including computers, printers, networking equipment, and peripheral devices .
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement .
- Monitor system performance to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operation .
3. Network & System Administration
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other network connectivity issues .
- Support basic server maintenance and data backup activities .
- Ensure all devices are connected to the correct network and address issues related to IP configurations and DNS settings .
4. Software, Security & Documentation
- Ensure endpoint security compliance by installing and updating antivirus software and security patches .
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, hardware allocations, and software licenses in a ticketing system .
- Create and update knowledge base articles and user guides for common troubleshooting procedures .
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Diploma holders (ITI / BCA / B.Sc. IT) are also eligible .
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and repair .
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and basic system administration .
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches) .
- Proficiency with MS Office and email configuration .
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation .
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team .
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies .
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified are a plus .
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or IT security practices .

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
