We are hiring for the Associate HR Talent Acquisition & People Operations, designed to
develop early-career professionals in recruitment operations and HR administration.
Role Overview
Associate HR Talent Acquisition & People Operations will participate in a structured 3–6
month training program focused on recruitment operations, HR administration, and internal
HR processes. The role provides hands-on exposure to real recruitment activities, documentation
processes, and HR operations under mentorship from the HR and operations team.
Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment based on performance,
business requirements, and internal approvals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
Screen resumes and prepare candidate shortlists
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Maintain candidate pipeline trackers and recruitment databases
HR Administration
Assist with onboarding documentation and employee records
Maintain HR documentation and HRMS records
Support attendance tracking and HR administrative tasks
Help organize HR files and compliance documentation
Operational Support
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring trackers
Support HR team in coordination activities
Participate in internal HR initiatives when required
Eligibility Criteria
Recently graduated candidates (2025–2026 pass-outs) from a recognized university in
India.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce,
Psychology, or related fields
(BBA, B.Com, BA, BMS, BBS or similar programs preferred).
Candidates based in Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, or nearby regions who are
able to work from the Noida Sector 62 office.
Strong communication skills in English and professional interpersonal abilities.
Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
Strong interest in building a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
Must have access to a personal laptop for training activities.

Important Notes

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
