Agnisun Solar is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain rooftop solar solutions and company services. Follow up with existing leads and maintain customer relationships. Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team. Update customer details and maintain records in Excel/CRM. Prepare quotations and assist with basic documentation. Handle basic back-office tasks and administrative work. Coordinate with the sales and installation teams. Maintain daily call and work reports.
Requirements
Graduate.
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
