Who You Are
● You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in software development, AI, data, automation, or a related area.
● You have a strong understanding of programming fundamentals and are proficient in at least one major programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, or similar.
● You have hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and concepts such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, generative AI, AI agents, automation tools, and AI-assisted coding workflows.
● You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner for learners with varying backgrounds.
● You are passionate about creating high-quality, interactive, beginner-friendly learning experiences.
● You understand how to break large topics into bite-sized lessons, quizzes, coding challenges, hands-on exercises, and real-world projects.
● You are creative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where technology trends evolve quickly.
● You have a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to technical accuracy.
● You are an effective collaborator and communicator, with the ability to work independently as well as with instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, and product teams.
What You’ll Do
Develop engaging and informative bite-sized courses on programming, AI, automation, data, app development, web development, and other emerging technologies.
Create content for learners across different levels, from absolute beginners to intermediate and career-focused users.
Design and write learning content in multiple formats, including:
● Lesson explanations
● Quizzes and assessments
● Coding exercises
● Interactive tasks
● Project-based learning modules
● AI prompt-based activities
● Video scripts and recap scripts
● Real-world use case examples
Create AI-focused course content around topics such as:
● Generative AI fundamentals
● Prompt engineering
● ChatGPT and Gemini workflows
● AI tools for productivity
● AI-assisted coding
● GitHub Copilot and code generation
● No-code and low-code automation
● AI agents and agentic workflows
● Data analysis with AI
● Responsible and ethical AI usage
Manage and update content across the Programming Hub suite of apps, ensuring consistency, accuracy, clarity, and user-friendliness.
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, product teams, and other stakeholders to plan and build new course content.
Use AI tools responsibly to speed up research, ideation, content structuring, examples, and quality checks while maintaining originality and technical correctness.
Stay updated on the latest programming trends, AI tools, software development practices, and e-learning methodologies to keep our courses relevant and valuable in 2026 and beyond.
Review and improve existing courses to make them more interactive, practical, modern, and aligned with current learner needs.
Bonus Points
● Experience creating content for coding, AI, or e-learning platforms.
● Familiarity with microlearning, gamification, interactive learning, and mobile-first course design.
● Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
● Experience creating beginner-friendly technical courses, coding challenges, or project-based learning content.
● Understanding of instructional design principles and learner engagement strategies.
● Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product environment.
● Basic knowledge of video scripting, visual storytelling, or course content production.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
