Inventory Coordinator – Medical Glove Manufacturing Unit
A leading glove manufacturing unit is urgently seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and independent Inventory Co-ordinator.
Educational Qualification : Bachelors of Commerce
Experience : 3–5 years of experience in Inventory/Stock handling preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Experience in the glove industry is a strong advantage (A+).
Duties:
- To control all activities in Stores
- Ensure both quality and quantity of materials.
- Maintain proper records.
- Initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock whenever the stock level of any item approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect.
- Initiate action for stoppage of the purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
- To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
- Issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes or transfer notes.
- Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
- Submit MIS to the management.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
