Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of experience to lead and execute marketing activities across multiple cities. The role involves field marketing, brand promotion, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across assigned cities.
- Conduct field visits to build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and local campaigns.
- Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing targets.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4 years of proven marketing experience (field marketing preferred).
- Willingness to travel extensively across cities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
