About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Workplace Specialist to deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and business stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to manage workplace operations while coordinating with facilities and vendor teams to ensure seamless day-to-day office functioning.
The ideal candidate will have experience in workplace experience, front-of-house operations, hospitality, premium office environments, or corporate workplace management, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for workplace-related queries, requests, and escalations.
Deliver a best-in-class workplace experience for employees, visitors, and leadership teams.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure workplace services align with business needs.
Coordinate with facilities, housekeeping, security, food services, and other vendors to maintain high workplace standards.
Monitor workplace operations and proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and service delivery.
Support office events, leadership visits, townhalls, employee engagement activities, and special workplace initiatives.
Manage visitor experience, meeting room operations, workspace readiness, and office occupancy requirements.
Conduct regular workplace audits and ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational standards.
Track service-level performance and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.
Prepare workplace reports, operational updates, and stakeholder communications as required.
Partner closely with facilities management teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality operations, client servicing, office operations, facilities coordination, or customer experience roles.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred ProfileExperience supporting premium corporate workplaces, managed office environments, hospitality, or employee experience functions.
Strong customer-service orientation with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
Ability to confidently interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and workplace service providers.
Professional presence with a strong focus on service excellence and workplace hospitality.
