- Design and develop scalable healthcare applications.
- Lead backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain healthcare workflows and integrations.
- Implement HL7, FHIR, PMJAY, and NHCX integrations.
- Build AI-powered healthcare search and decision-support features.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture decisions.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Healthcare software experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Hospital Management Systems, EMR/EHR, or HealthTech products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
- Must be willing to work from Vastral, Ahmedabad.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NABH-compliant hospital solutions.
- Experience in AI/LLM-based healthcare applications.
- Experience in cloud deployment and DevOps practices.
